This year I have been struggling to get my yellow squash! I finally got a perfect little one, brought it in and sautéed it with a zucchini from the farmers market, a little oil, salt and pepper. My LO really loved this healthy snack!
I cannot wait for the current batch of compost to be ready for enriching the garden!
Oh to be in OC and not the north of England! My courgettes are only just coming into flower. I have the first pods on my peas and my tomatoes are beginning to bloom. My father lives in LA and delights in informing me about his pots and flowers! Still my salad is rampant so while we wait for the rest we eat a lot of lettuce! Love your blog.
